Mayan calendar 2012 interest is invariably going to increase as we get closer to the Mayan calendar end date of December 21 2012, and I feel as though the misguided notion that this Mayan calendar end date has something to do with "doomsday" is the product of people not having enough background to understand how a paradigm shift could possibly occur. I am no physicist by a long shot, but I have dug extensively into quantum physics to try to understand the basis of reality. I don't understand the math, but I do get the concepts. There are a variety of specific theories, but basically, things vibrate. Music, for instance, is their, somewhere, between our speakers across the room and our ears. But we can't see the frequency of that vibration. So it is possible to me that the Mayan calendar end date of December 21 2012 has something to do with a vibratory shift. If the fabric of reality began to vibrate at a different frequency, we would too, and things would look and feel different than they do now.
This is why I call my effort "Vibe 2012," because I think that in fact the Mayan calendar 2012 phenomena has everything to do with a fresh new vibe that is an organic, cyclical occurrence in nature.

2012 Mayan Calendar
The Mayan calendar 2012 phenomena is very interesting when you consider how accurate the Mayans were at keeping the time, and in light of the rare celestial alignment that will take place on December 21 2012. But another very practical consideration is the fact that the earth is suffering from environmental devastation and global warming that is due to a consumptive, polluting economy. But that very economy is crumbling before our eyes, so when you look at the present paradigm objectively, it is simply not sustainable, and something new has to emerge if we are going to survive. So the Mayan calendar 2012 research not withstanding, it is actually pragmatically logical to assert the logical suggestion that a new paradigm of peace, higher consciousness, and environmental healing is needed, and I feel as though this is the paradigm shift that awaits the end of the Mayan calendar on December 21 2012.
